In Control Projects
In Control Projects designs and produces a wide range of products for the bulk fluid transfer industry. Our products are designed and manufactured at our base in Essex, UK.
Our range includes metering skids, control panels, loading arms, access platforms, traffic barriers and many other bespoke engineered components.
Manufacturing, field service and installation were added to our capabilities in 2010 by integrating the Tanker Loading Services business, now branded In Control Service. We offer a coordinated and comprehensive ‘turnkey’ service for our customers.
In Control Service
In Control Service is based at our workshop in Basildon, Essex, where we assemble and test hoses and carry out repairs to loading equipment. We operate four fully equipped service vans and are able to offer a competitively priced and efficient nationwide depot maintenance service.
We hold extensive stocks of spare parts and are able to provide a prompt after sales spares service for many leading manufacturers including Emco, Kanon, Silea, Liquip, OPW, Fort Vale, TCS, Avery Hardoll and OCV.
Our oil distributor support service includes:-
- Loading Arm & Bottom Loading Skid Maintenance Contracts
- Hose Testing
- Bulk Meter Repairs and Calibration Checks
- Depot Pipework Installation and Leak Testing
- Bottom Loading and Intake Metering Conversions
- Spare Parts Supply
We offer a prompt and reliable service and can meet tight schedules, including ‘out-of-hours’ working. All repair and maintenance work is guaranteed for six months. We can assist with rationalisation projects and can re-locate existing equipment to new sites.
Our Service Fitters carry EMSS Safety Passports, IPAF and PASMA Certificates covering erection of portable aluminium towers and the use of mobile elevating work platforms.
